Brief introduction
 

Class A unidirectional flow hood is a type of air purifying equipment providing Class A unidirectional flow and thus creating highly clean environment. It delivers air at specified air speed through HEPA filter, makes the air homogeneously compressed by damping layer, and then leads the clean air unidirectionally flow to the work area, thus achieving the flow pattern and cleanness required in the protected work area. Class A unidirectional flow hood may be used separately or in combination.
Class A unidirectional flow hood work area is aseptic core area. The operator shall start up the equipment in Class B background area according to the defined SOP, for process operation and intervention. Such actions shall be determined as per the risks upon the products. The operator shall avoid contacting with key aseptic locations, or contact with these locations through screen, curtain, etc.

Working principle
1. Laminar flow is a partial air cleaning device of vertical unidirectional airflow.
2. Indoor air passes through FFU and is blown out from the top,clean air enters into working area in uniform fracture and is blown out of working area from the button to form a highly clean working environment.
