Pre-Air Filter Pleated cardbord Filter with Paper Frame G4 G5 for HVAC System


Product Description

It mainly filters the particles with diameter of over 5 microns, the frame is made of hard anti-flame paper boards or aluminum and it was combined with synthetic glass fiber or glass fiber, the filter can be flat or folded, the cost is much lower, and it is changed easily.

The filtration grade is G2, G3, and G4, it's used widely for primary filtration.

 

Media

 

100% synthetic non-woven, proprietary media that can be recycled. Engineered with a gradient density composition achieving a MERV 8 using the mechanical method of particle capture. Media does not rely on an electrostativ charge to capture particulate which will dissipate over time and during use.

 

 

Media Support

 

Newly designed expanded metal is conitinuously laminated on the are leaving side to provide pleat stability while eliminating flutter during operation.

 

Pleat Design

 

V-pleat design aides in pressure drop while reducing energy cost. Design allows for total media usage and provides maximum airflow and dust holding capacity during the life of the filter.

 

Filtering Efficiency

 

The filtering efficiency of ZP is MERV 8 / G3~G4.The corresponding arrestance efficiency is 80%-90%, and the dust-spot efficiency is 40%. This kind of filter is commonly used for primary filtering of air conditioning and ventilation system.
